Free Delivery Policy

• Free Shipping only applies to some Peninsula Malaysia.
• There is a 48-hour processing time on all orders which excludes weekends.
• We offer standard shipping only for all orders made.
• Orders are shipped on working days only (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
• Once the order is shipped, delivery may take approximately 2 – 3 working days.
• Items will not be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. For more information about payment options, click here.
• You may track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.
• We do not deliver to P.O boxes.
• We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
